Screen Printing
EmbroidMe has several methods of printing shirts:
- Traditional screen-printing, where a screen (or stencil) is made for
each color, and the ink is then transferred through the screen directly
to the garment.
- Four color process screen-printing. This is similar to the above; however
inks are blended to print full color pictures. This works well for large
runs of shirts.
- Screen-printed transfers. Ink is screen-printed onto paper for later
use. This can be a great option for routine small orders of the same print.
- Direct to Garment Printing. This is the latest technology for tee shirt
printing. See additional information on this type of printing below.
